We ship within 1 business day unless we contact you otherwise, such as if your item is on backorder.
Our primary shipping service is USPS. We ship within the US as well as internationally
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds as everything is listed as-is, which means new unless otherwise indicated
If a package is damaged or missing, a report must be filed with the shipping service -- notifying us as well -- within 24 hours of the delivery date/time. Asking your local postmaster to locate a missing package usually speeds up the process
